In 2008, she became the Managing Director at Continental Automotive Trading France, gaining expertise in commercial vehicles and aftermarket sectors. She later served as Vice President of Sales, Portfolio Management & Strategy for Continental's Instrumentation and Driver HMI business unit in Germany. In late 2017, Nathalie joined Faurecia as Chief Purchasing Officer, before embracing a new challenge in the railway industry in 2025. She holds a degree in electronics engineering, which underpins her technical expertise and strategic vision in procurement.
