As part of its global procurement transformation, Hutchinson launched a major initiative to make Ivalua the single supplier master for the entire Group, replacing a fragmented ecosystem of more than fifteen supplier databases across finance, manufacturing and procurement systems sustained by TPRM solution : Aprovall.
Delivered at high speed and involving Procurement, Finance and IT teams worldwide, this project required a shift in governance, mindset and processes around supplier data. Integrating Aprovall into Ivalua quickly emerged as a natural step to secure, automate and standardize third-party documentation from supplier onboarding onwards.
