Jan is a Partner at PwC Germany in Düsseldorf and the Lead for PwC´s German Procurement practice & CoE “Lieferkettenschutzgesetz” With more than 15 years of experience in consulting he is focusing on Lead & developed risk analysis solutions, preventive measures, and the Implementation of LkSG risk and management systems. During these years, he has carried out several optimization projects in procurement, which substantiates his experience in developing digitalization strategies and ensuring their integration into the daily operational business, process-based key performance indicator systems and in the implementation of cost reduction programs.
