Michael’s extensive retail career includes leading supply chain development at Kingfisher, Woolworths and Marks and Spencer, prior to joining the Subway ecosystem in 2023. Michael leads the IT teams at IPC, alongside the programme management function, which is driving IPC’s strategy of geographic growth, product diversification and new go-to-market strategies.
