A seasoned global procurement and supply chain leader, Danielly Lima is currently Chief Supply Chain Officer / Chief Procurement Officer at RINA, where she leads worldwide procurement initiatives and drives large-scale transformation across the supply chain. Her work consistently positions procurement as a strategic business enabler with direct impact on value creation and business performance.
Prior to joining RINA, she held senior procurement leadership roles at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions and SUEZ, overseeing indirect and direct procurement across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Her experience spans complex categories, large transformation programs, and change management initiatives that elevated procurement from a support function to a true strategic partner.
With a strong international and multicultural background across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, she is also a passionate advocate for talent development and for amplifying women’s voices in leadership.
